While this is just a snippet of some of the accomplishments she has earned, she has a long history of competing with Eastern Shore Twirlers.
Morgan started coaching with Eastern Shore Twirlers when she was 13, and brought many teams to placing in national competitions.
She is excited to be the Director of EST, and she feels that it is her highest honor to continue the legacy of the program and family that Stacy built.
Stacy taught Morgan for her entire life — not just in baton but in values and countless life lessons.
Her goal is to build on what Stacy has built, and create a space for twirlers to come and do what they love. And to experience the fun, support, and grit that made her the woman she is today.

Mobile Coach
Michaela Rader
A lifelong twirler, Michaela Rader started at just three years old and has earned multiple national and world-open titles throughout her career. Her time as a competitive twirler took her around the world, including a memorable experience as a twirling ambassador in Peru. In 2023, she was named Director of the University of South Alabama Jaguar Marching Band Feature Twirlers. Outside of twirling, Michaela works full-time as an Admissions Counselor at South. She’s also involved in several student and community organizations, including serving as the Ritual Advisor for Alpha Omicron Pi and as the Scholarship & Scholastic Chair for Distinguished Young Women of Mobile County. She holds a Bachelor’s in anthropology, a Master’s in sociology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development all from USA.

Coach
Mallory Reynier
Mallory started twirling with Eastern Shore Twirlers at 10 years old. By the age of 15 with multiple state and regional titles under her belt, she caught the attention of national coach Jackie Stewart. She then made the hard decision to leave Eastern Shore Twirlers and commit full-time to the national team Intrepid. She went on to win multiple state, regional, and national titles with the team and individually. After graduating from Fairhope High School, Mallory continued her twirling career at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She joined the Baylor University Golden Wave Band as a Golden Girl, a feature twirler. As she just graduated in May 2025, she earned a B.S. in Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies. In the fall, she will continue her education and attend Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Both before and during college, Mallory has been an active participant in multiple different clubs and organizations and was recognized for her hard work. Sherry Sullivan, the mayor of Fairhope, awarded her a certificate of achievement prior to moving to Texas. Mallory owes that certificate to Stacy. While at Baylor, she participated in the Student Physical and Occupational Therapy Organization, Baylor March of Dimes, and served a leadership role in the band. She also continued to remotely coach throughout college. Mallory has always had a passion for twirling as well as helping others. Coaching is something that she is always looking forward to in her time at home, as well as being able to watch all of the girls grow up, just as Stacy and the older girls did when she was young.
